- Flower picture shown in our website are for indicative purposes only. We try our level best to match the delivery flower with our website picture. However, there might be slight deviations in the decoration of the flower.
- If ordered flowers, cake, fruits, sweets are not available, in that case we will deliver available best quality product of equal value.
- Regarding perishable items delivery like cake, flower, food item, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the order will be considered as delivered. In this type of case, no complain will be allowed regarding product quality.
- Some of imported product like chocolate, cosmetic item. If we don’t find ordered item because this types of product sometimes unavailable in market, we will try to replace another product of similar value & quality. Customer approval will be sort over email or phone, in case the customer does not respond within 30 minutes to our email or call, it will be assumed that the customer has given approval to the change in product.
- Branded Chocolates like Cadbury's, Ferrero Rocher, Nestle chocolate products might very little bit vary in weight from what is mentioned in our website as weight of chocolate items vary as per their company policy. BDRose will not responsible regarding this matter.
- If customer want same day delivery outside of Dhaka city, sometimes all item are not available outside of Dhaka city. In that case we will send mail, text message & call to customer for getting opinion whether we will use substitute or delivery for next day. If can’t get reply from customer within 1 hour then we will assure that customer has given consent for using substitute. No demand for refund will be considered in such cases.
- There might be slight variation in design of the cake & flower, delivery in outside of Dhaka city. Pictures of cakes and flowers of our website are indicative.
- Our standard delivery time is between 10 am and 9 pm BD time at your delivery location.
- If customer wants to cancel order, he/she need to do it at least 24 hours before the delivery date. In all such cases, we refund money after deducting 5% of the ordered amount towards credit card processing expenses. . Customer will get full refund if the order is canceled 24 hours from the placing order.
- The web prices of the products includes costs of our services, delivery and online transactions cost.
- If we are not able to deliver your order then complete refund will be made. We shall not be liable for any other charges, loss of profits or any other liability for non-delivery.
- No refund can be made if recipient has refused to accept the ordered item.
- For any hand delivered perishable item like flowers or cakes need to check recipient at the time of delivery.
- Some items picture or models of some item like flowers, cakes, sweets may vary. In such cases, we reserve the right to provide alternate , ensuring products of similar or higher value to customers.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price on the Website. If the payment has been already collected from customer then we shall immediately arrange a refund.
